What are Injection Molding Machines?

Injection molding machines, also known as injection molders or injectors, are the primary equipment for injection molding. They use plastic molds to mold thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics into various shapes. The working principle of an injection molding machine mainly utilizes the thermophysical properties of plastics. After a period of pressure holding, cooling, and solidification, the mold opens, and the ejection mechanism ejects the finished product.

Vertical injection molding machines are recommended for small-scale operations or where shot weight is less than 60 grams per machine shot size, but not on larger or medium-sized models.
