SCM Volumetric Dosing Systems With Mixing Unit

The SCM Series Volumetric Doser is designed for precise feeding of masterbatch, additives, and virgin materials into plastic processing machines. It features a stepping motor coupled to dosing screws with diameters of 12, 16, 20, and 30mm, providing four models with varying output capacities ranging from 0.1 to 110 kg/hr for our clients.

How Volumetric Doser Works

Yushine volumetric feeder is equipped with a stepper motor to control the output volume of masterbatches or additives accurately. It utilizes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for precise calculations of the proportions.

The Masterbatches are transported to the measuring chamber using a screw-feeding mechanism. Then, the rotation of the measuring screw pushes the masterbatches into the mixing chamber, facilitating the dosing and blending processes. To maintain accuracy for subsequent dosing, the machine includes a cleaning screw designed to remove any residual masterbatches from the measuring chamber.
