Working Principle

Yushine gravimetric blender is positioned directly above a plastic machine’s throat to regulate the metering of raw materials by weighing individual recipe batches in injection extrusion and blowing production. Optional floor stand for SGB600 and below model.

Using intuitive controls, you can adjust recipe ratios from 0.01% up to 100%. During its cycle, the blender dispenses ingredients in predetermined proportions from distinct hoppers into a weighing chamber. The batch then transitions to a mixing chamber before being directly channeled into the processing unit. The system automatically makes minor adjustments in the following batches.

The system includes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) equipped with inbuilt material conveying software. This advanced control system enables smooth, automatic, and uninterrupted material loading. It manages the flow of materials throughout the blending process, ensuring that each component is dispensed accurately and that the blend is mixed to the precise specifications.

Application in Injection/Extrusion Processes

The design and functionality of the Yushine SGB gravimetric feeder make it suitable for applications where precise control over material blending is needed, such as in the injection molding or extrusion of plastics and other materials.

In summary, the SGB is a sophisticated gravimetric batch blender that offers automation, flexibility, and precision. With various configurations and advanced control features, it’s designed to meet the specific needs of industries requiring the exact blending of multiple components, such as in injection or extrusion manufacturing processes.

Effortless Material Adjustments and Upkeep

All material-touching surfaces, such as hoppers, weighing bins, and mixing chambers, are readily accessible. The system functions with low maintenance needs, and no tools are necessary.

Yushine Gravimetric Blender Features

Fully Automatic System: The SGB is a fully automatic blender, meaning it requires minimal human intervention to operate. It can be set up to run either on a one-to-one basis (handling individual batches) or as a central system (managing multiple batches across various locations).

Precision Mixing: It’s designed to create a precision mix of multiple component materials. This is essential for processes like injection molding or extrusion, where precise proportions are required to create uniform and high-quality products.

Component Configurations: The units come with configurations for handling 4, 6, or 8 different components. This flexibility allows for the complex blending of various materials, accommodating different production needs.

Throughput Volumes: Different throughput volumes can be accommodated, catering to the specific production requirements of different industries or applications.
