(1)Pure materials or mixed materials. If your materials are pure pellets with low dust, our general models, SAL300G, SAL700G, and SAL800G, are enough. They are very easy to use and have low dust. If you need to convey crushed materials or regrind materials with more dust, you should choose the open-type model, SAL900G.
(2)For sticky or viscous materials, you should choose the one with an anti-stick function or self-cleaning system during suctioning.
(3)If the material is powder or is 100% powder, you should choose the powder loader.
(4) If you need dust-free and maintenance-free, European-style machine SAL-350U is your best choice.

First, check the air debugging inlet pipe of the main unit. Feel some suction with your hand(if there is no suction,maybe there is some air leakage caused by the sealing ring or somewhere of the lower piping system.)
If there is suction,connect the pipe to the hopper , then see if there is airflow when the material is being sucked from the hopper’s material suction point. Once there is airflow, you can insert the pipe into the material pile(and note that it’s not allowed to inset it straight,just insert it with an angle to let materials suck smoothly).
