(1)The location of injection mold clamps: Mold clamps should be installed on the front part of the panel to avoid the impact of the injection molding machine’s oscillation on the recording.
(2)The installation of mold clamps should be screwed onto the injection molding machine tightly. Considering the injection molding machine’s oscillation during production, the mold clamp may break if it is too loose. Also, the installation of the mold clamp should be combined with the product’s maintenance and replacement.
(3)Calibration of mold clamps: Before using mold clamps, calibration should be done to ensure the accuracy of production process data.
Methods of fixing the mold

(1) Correctly install appropriate and suitable mold clamps on the injection molding machine, then install bolts and washers to fix the mold clamps.
(2)Adjust the verticality of the mold frame after installing mold clamps. The press’s down speed and ejector force should be adjusted in the frame.
(3)Install the ejector mechanism on the mold clamps correctly and adjust the ejector time appropriately to avoid damage to the mold.
(4)Measure the spacing between molds before fixing the warning so as not to damage the injection molding machine and avoid quality problems.
